Innomart Retail Service (“Innomart”) is the licensed owner of the brand Innomart and Site Innomart always respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides succinctly the manner your data is collected and used by Innomart on the Site. As a visitor to the Site/ Customer you are advised to please read the Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by the Site you agree to the collection and use of your data by Innomart in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy.

Service Agreement
The Innomart Service is a transaction, information and communication service available to authorized users ("customers") who access currently provides an online grocery shopping and delivery service, and may in the future provide additional shopping and related services.

Innomart’s employees, agents or designees will shop and deliver grocery orders placed with the Innomart portal or the mobile App. Prices of products sold online may differ from those in retail stores. Delivery will be made to the delivery address that you specify when you confirm your order. Prices for products you place in your cart will be guaranteed for the transaction. Payment for groceries and associated shopping and delivery fees is due at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for deliveries at the specified time of delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive and pay for the order. If Innomart cannot deliver your order, or must make an additional delivery because no one is at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the specified time, or wrong address / details given to us by you, will be assessed an additional fee.

All the products listed on Innomart, will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time applicable prices at the time of placing an order. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food do change on a daily basis which would be updated almost immediately on the portal.
Most of the products listed in the Innomart are not stocked. So there will be a slight variation on price based on the market price. For such instances there will be a slight change in the price of the product and will reflect in the bill. If the amount is higher customer is asked to pay for that and if it is less then the points will be added as points which they may use for the next transaction. Similarly for some of the commodities there will be slight change in quantity also.

The amount will be refunded to you via Reward Points to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit/debit card or Net Banking which takes upto 8 to 10 working days to feature in your statement. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue. Please note we will not be giving any cash refunds.

Cancellation Policy
As a policy we do not cancel any order after placed in the portal. However, if there are changes in the delivery slot time you requested or need to add more products, you need to call us on customer care number. Please note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return Policy
In case you are not satisfied with a product received, customer can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or customer can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist customers check all the items at the point of delivery.

Shipping Policy and Delivery Policy
The Delivery will be made only by Innomart personnel. Customers are requested to sign and return back the Delivery challan which will be provided by our delivery executive. Customer can relocate to any address (Only regions Innomart delivery Services are available) by calling the customer care 3 Hrs before delivery.
On an Unattended delivery you can see a stamp affixed on your door, on receiving that you can request the customer care of a re-delivery. We deliver only twice, further the customer is requested to come and collect their bags from Innomart Office.

Deliveries are available on the following slots and Products will be delivered next available slot within a span of 12 hours from the time of order.

06:00 PM to 09:00 PM
